Greet all gym visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner.<br>
Promote gym services and fitness classes to all prospective new members.<br>
Answer all customer queries and manage complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.<br>
Collect gym members feedback regarding the service any improvement they feel could be made and pass this feedback on to the Gym Manager.<br>
Ensure the reception and locker areas are kept clean and tidy, ensuring all brochures and products are properly displayed.<br>
Assist the gym instructors to maintain the gym equipment and other facilities, ensuring the facilities are safe to use.<br>
Manage reception stock and order supplies when needed.</p>
