To define a data model, create and customize visualizations hierarchies and drill-down in Power Bi.
To define model with calculated columns, measures and tables.
Uploading the Forecast in Power Bi and analyzing the YTD, MTD and Daily achievements in each channel and region.
Tracking Customer Distribution efficiency and Journey plan coverage
Analyzing the daily inventory variance and NPD
Wastage and buyback analysis and reduction
Customer Location Map Tracking in Bi dashboard
Preparing Yearly Sales Forecasting by SKU’s in Each Channel, Region and Areas. Preparing Rolling Forecast, Weekly Allocation vs. Actual production analysis
Cleaning up with Master files like Customer, Item, Route
Managing the Export Business and preparing the export documents from various government authorities.
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets from Microsoft Dynamics GP into MS Power BI to increase sales productivity
Prepare the accurate and timely presentation of Business Performance Reports, top & bottom-line analysis on various sales operations & planning and participate in weekly/monthly meetings with senior management to review MTD/YTD sales results and Discussed with Projections, Various Score Cards, SKU’s Realization, Product mix, Issues, initiatives and opportunities.
Analyzing the KPI’s on monthly/quarterly and improving the sales
Allocate all running promotions to the concerned sales region and ensure all promotions are properly distributed as per the plan
Maintaining the monthly Route profitability report and customer comparison reports
Sales Coordinator
Coordinating to production team for daily stock movement from factory to cold room and from main warehouse to regional warehouse
Maintaining the warehouse stock, planning for inventory and outbound delivery.
Prepare logistics planning for sales team on a yearly basis based on the Annual Outer Plan.
Coordinating to Fleet Department for scheduling repairs and test-drives for all vehicles.
Coordinating with sale team for timing operation business based on area agenda.
Prepare the Sales Comparison report using Excel for Route, Area, Group and Outlet wise
Develop the crystal reports from MS Dynamics Database and maintaining the Master files
Verifying, checking and integrating all sales invoices.
Entering and transferring sales quantities from PC to HHT that are used by salesman
