Administration Duties
• Able to pilot projects, collaborate with employees, customers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Able to aid technical development of projects in line with SLO and SLA policies.
• Able to develop and test the installation of Microsoft Outlook programs.
• Able to compose and design concise MI customer data reports.
• Able to initiate technical analysis and changes with VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts
and Slicers.
• Able to clean and pre-processed data for analysis with Power Query.
• Able to Increase data validation performance with proactive changes to data models with
Power Pivot.
• Able to diagnose software and hardware issues and implement action to prevent reoccurrence.
• Able to retrieved and analysed data using SQL.
• Worked with database design and normalization.
• Able to Implement data visualization for effective communication of insights.
• Able to contribute to the development of database systems and data retrieval processes.
