I am a detail-oriented, energetic individual with an appetite for knowledge. I am deeply data-driven, I make all big decisions with an Excel spreadsheet.
I am looking for employment where I have the opportunity to learn and expand my data analytic skills. I prefer an environment where I can collaborate with a team but, also have no problem with solo projects. My current skills centre around SQL, python (pandas) and Excel. I am currently doing accredited courses in SSRS and PowerBI with an aim to expand into machine learning (predictive models.) I have knowledge of Team management and agile methodologies.

I assisted brokers with administrative tasks related to retirement and wills, which involved preparing, processing, and following up on documentation throughout the 3-month retirement process. My role also included offering reassurance and guidance to clients during this often stressful period, helping them navigate retirement with confidence.
Additionally, I managed various day-to-day office operations such as filing, preparing documents for client appointments, and occasionally stepping in as the receptionist.
