Collaborate with team members using Azure DevOps (development, IT operations, quality, and security)
Always assist customers to ensure proper operation of the robots
Work with the AGILE methodology
Document processes (Bots) made so that other team members understand how the bot’s work
Analyze, diagnose the needs of customers.
Participate in the design and implementation of robots in an SAP environment.
Code and correct programs in VB.NET or C#.
Perform debugging tests and ensure the performance of the robots.
Make the necessary documentation for the understanding of the programs.
Always assist customers to ensure the proper functioning of the robots.
Work with the AGIL methodology (JIRA).
Develop websites for the company.
Fix the bugs.
Implement, maintain the applications.
Provide technical support.
Participate in the analysis of technical needs to develop applications.
