S.V Quality Coordinator & logistic Analyst
Wide ranging knowledge of systems and tools for reporting. Collect and analyze data related to logistics operations, including transportation costs, inventory levels, and order fulfillment metrics. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance and identify areas for improvement. Identify data or information requirements, assess existing registry data sources, and develop new reports where necessary. Use data analysis tools and software to interpret complex datasets and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization. Creating on-time reports, business scorecards and results management dashboards on periodical basis to support the decision-making process both internally and externally. Logistic & Admin assistant
Dealing with the Egyptian Red Crescent Foundation in customs clearance for all shipments arriving through the port (Port Said).
Coordination and communication with shipping companies to deliver all shipments from Cairo to Rafah Crossing.
Define and manage key supplier relationships to deliver performance in cost, service and quality.
The preparation of item specifications, tender documents, newspaper advertisements, collection of bids, organizing bids analysis, contracting suppliers and following up on the delivery, installation and training as needed.
Ensure that all MAP procurements are following MAP’s procurement procedures.
Ensures the timely delivery of quality pharmaceutical products at the lowest possible cost.
