<p>Built PharmaSafe, an end-to-end AI-powered medication safety platform featuring drug-drug interaction detection, intelligent drug substitution, and a patient digital twin. Designed AI/NLP pipelines using PubMedBERT and integrated structured interaction data with a DrugBank knowledge graph in Neo4j. Developed FastAPI services connecting ML/NLP models, databases, OCR, and application interfaces. The platform combines structured medical knowledge with AI-based prediction to provide evidence-backed medication safety insights for patients and pharmacists. Graduation project awarded A+.</p>
