As a Student Representative at Internshala, I actively contribute to creating a supportive and engaging environment for students by acting as a bridge between the student community and the organization. My responsibilities include organizing and hosting interactive sessions, webinars, and meetings focused on student welfare, career development, and skill enhancement. I coordinate with students to understand their concerns, gather feedback, and ensure that their voices are effectively represented during discussions and planning activities.In addition, I play a key role in promoting and facilitating student exchange programs, encouraging cross-cultural learning, collaboration, and networking opportunities. I assist in planning events, managing participant communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of various initiatives.
