FM Coordinator
Conduct SSRS monitoring to review requests, update status, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide administrative support by managing phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with employees regarding their requests, ensuring proper documentation and communication through Outlook email updates.
Schedule maintenance tasks for the team and ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities.
Provide administrative support and coordinate closely with maintenance supervisors and technicians.
Maintain and update maintenance tracker reports, and follow up with clients, contractor supervisors, and schedulers.
Prepare and submit maintenance tracker reports to clients as required.
Coordinator Analyst

Auditor
