I have a high experience level for 15 years with Dar al Handasah Shair & Partner, I ve worked in many mega projects in the Gulf as a site supervisor and design office at all levels from concept to execution and handing over.

Participating in all retail design phases, review and coordination for international retail brands such as Louis Vuitton, OMEGA, ZEGNA, Polo RALF LAUREN, GUCCI, Dior, TIFFANY, Time Valley, and F&B food court.
Coordination, technical and progress meetings with Brands, Tenant designers and Consultants, QDF and Hamad airport management.

The Development and Building Permits Section of the Technical Affairs Department provides the landlord or authorized consultant with approval to issue a building permit for two residential building, according to the terms of the permit and based on the approved engineering plans.

Materials, Shop drawings and technical submittals review.
Coordination of all technical aspects related to the scope packages.
Mock-up inspection, Review & approval.
Site inspections of building Façade and architectural work progress.

Assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating the works of various Subcontractors and company-owned labor workers.
Participating and Leading the Final Design Transmittals for the stakeholders and End-users' requirements undertaken by the firm and client needs Reports, conducting meetings, providing Solutions, etc.
Project representative in all of Jeddah Projects Exhibitions.
Coordinate between MEP Works and Interior architecture Works to avoid conflict and clashes.
Review of shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements submitted by Sub-contractors then circulate to the construction site team.

Follow up of all construction, installation and off-site fabrication activities in accordance with the requirements of the contract, including procedures of inspecting materials, equipment, and testing Activities.
Regular site visits to check up on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and as per Specs.
Daily inspection of work, testing and commissioning of the completed works.
Reviewing approved material submittals (MTS) and materials inspection request (MIR) during inspection of works activities as per approved inspection and test plan (ITP) in the Contract.
Preparing site reports and evaluating construction situation, Issuing NCR, site instructions, and letters.
Conducting construction packages and finishing reports to suit the project schedule while maintaining continuity of work.

Participating and involved in all phases of the architectural design of major buildings projects, comprises large urban developments and mixed-use complexes, hotels prestigious educational facilities, religious, infrastructure and other types of buildings.
Sr. Architect who is responsible for the production process of the design development stage coordinates with all disciplines and follows up with the QS Team to produce tender documents.
Coordinate between MEP trades & Interior architecture to produce a fully coordinated package.
Control and guide a capable team to do the required works as per planned time schedule.
Responsible for all operations & daily tasks of all divisions & design progress.
As a team member, Sr. Architect participated in the construction documents and developed the design scheme.
Coordinate with All MEP Trade, Civil, Infrastructure, and Interior Design Team to issue a fully coordinated Construction Package.
Finishes Selections, and assists QS Team in preparing BOQs & Specifications.
Architectural Coordination, follow up tender document preparation process & daily tasks of working with all divisions & reporting design progress.
At a certain stage of the design, I was requested to join the design team in Cairo, Egypt to coordinate closely with the remaining of the team and approach the whole development delivery, as required.
