Prepare Sprint and MIS reports using Advanced Excel to track planned vs actual delivery, productivity, SLA adherence, workload distribution, and sprint performance.
Develop Power BI dashboards delivering real-time insights on sprint metrics, resource utilization, and process efficiency for management review.
Generate Test Automation reports by extracting data from Splunk to analyze automated vs non-automated test cases, execution results, and monthly automation trends.
Analyze automation performance and defect trends using Excel charts and KPIs to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Performed U.S. property title research using public records, county websites, and CoreLogic platforms.
Reviewed and analyzed legal documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, tax records, judgments, and assignments.
