I collaborate daily with project stakeholders; Customers, Account teams, Drone pilots, Field engineers etc. to deliver a broad range of reporting solutions that provide customers with insights into their large data pools; sourced from iHawk’s databases and other aggregated data sources. Lead for BI solution development and Integration
Point of contact for design, deployment and management of data analytics (BI) solutions for Cyberhawk’s UAV software - iHawk.
I collaborate daily with project stakeholders; Customers, Account teams, Drone pilots, Field engineers etc. to deliver a broad range of reporting solutions that provide customers with insights into their large data pools; sourced from iHawk’s databases and other aggregated data sources
Responsible for project consulting, implementation/delivery and management of BI solutions for customers across diverse sectors.
Displayed in-depth technical competencies in planning and deploying Data warehouse/pipeline (DW) solutions and models for large scale projects.
Led business consultations with stakeholders to design and implement Data Analytics and reporting systems for their organization.
Performed data modelling of structured data to create robust data pipeline and analytics models.

Administer Cyberhawk data infrastructure on AWS and Microsoft Fabric.
Model structured/unstructured data (SQL) hosted on AWS RDS/S3, to create robust data pipeline and analytics models.
Use Microsoft Data Factory for data masting and build visualizations using PowerBI.
Provide extensive dashboards and reporting insights that improve decision-making.
Support Cyberhawk’s software ARR of £8M.
Deliver on KPIs for the adoption of iHawk’s BI modules.
Manage stakeholder engagement, communications and relationship for BI related activities.
Manage collaboration with other data contributors to deliver end-to-end solutions for customers.
Managed Microsoft sell-thru business within the Breath & Retail Channel Partner space.
Delivered Partner Ecosystem programs on Windows 10, Windows Devices, Office 365, Windows Server + CALs, SDA Hardware, and Channel incentives.
