Business Data Analytics graduate with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) from the University of Huddersfield and current experience as a Management Trainee Apprentice at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Naturally curious and persistent when something does not look right: comfortable working through operational problems, checking information, asking questions and following an issue until the cause is understood. At Enterprise, I work across branch processes, fleet utilisation, bookings, vehicle movements and accurate documentation, while learning systems including eCars. My degree developed practical capability in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R and SPSS through dashboarding, forecasting and statistical analysis. I am now looking to bring that mix of analytical thinking, operational understanding and willingness to learn into Buy It Direct’s Data team.
<p>Work across day-to-day branch operations, learning how bookings, vehicle availability, rentals, returns, replacements and fleet movements connect and affect branch performance.<br>
Use and learn operational systems including eCars, adapting quickly to new tools and using accurate information to support decisions and customer requirements.<br>
Monitor fleet utilisation and vehicle availability, investigate operational issues or inconsistencies and work with colleagues to find practical solutions.<br>
Complete vehicle check-ins/check-outs, damage records and other documentation accurately, with close attention to detail and data quality.<br>
Resolve customer and operational problems in a fast-moving environment by asking the right questions, checking the facts and following issues through to resolution.<br>
Communicate confidently with customers and colleagues, explaining rental agreements, insurance products and operational information clearly.<br>
Investigate incidents, review CCTV and activity, identify relevant patterns or risks and communicate findings through clear written reports and logs.<br>
Work independently across varied sites, applying procedures consistently while using judgement when situations do not fit the expected pattern.<br>
Planned routes, maintained accurate delivery records and managed schedules independently while meeting service targets.<br>
Built a strong record of reliability, risk awareness, customer service, teamwork and remaining calm while solving problems in busy environments.</p>
