Monitor welding defects encountered and implemented preventive measures to eliminate welding repairs., Up-dating the record of welder’s daily performance; computing man hour per Dia-inch of each welder., Maintaining the proper documentation of daily consumables issuance and welding production records., Carrying visual inspection of completed joints., Coordinates directly with Inspection Company for any NDT work., Reviews and scrutinized inspection reports prior to hydro testing., Working in a timely manner and completing the entire work within the deadline., Maintaining and making repairs to welding equipment., Trains newly hired welders in this field regarding safety and work performance standards.

Fabricates and welds of structural components such as engine supports, water tanks, railings, trusses, stairs / bridges, gates, and other types of small and medium structural steel works using SMAW process and GTAW process if required.

Assemble and install metal pipe fittings according to specifications and drawings., Use clamps, brackets, and hangers to secure pipes to structures., Construct pipeline supports and related structures., Cutting, dismantling, straightening, or reshaping pipe sections and components.

Lay-out, position and secure parts and assembles according to specifications., Tack-welds or full welds components and assemblies using SMAW / FCAW process., Cut work pieces using powered saw, hand shears, or chipping knife., Installs or repairs equipment such as pipes, valves, floors and tank linings., Fit ups and full welds of fabricated pipes such as wye, T, reducer, coupling and closure piece with 4 meters inside diameter using SMAW / FCAW & GTAW process.
