ISHA Project: shelter units’ rehabilitation.
Conducting shelter needs assessment, including tool preparation, data collection, cleaning, and analysis processes according to Donar requirements.
Muslim Aid Project: Emergency life-saving Humanitarian Assistance.
Multi sectorial includes (FB, HK, and fuel distribution).
Following up the implementation of MEAL plan and tracking the progress of the project indicators using IPTT tool and updating them on a monthly basis.
Supervising the implementation of program monitoring activities and checking out all the received field reports.
Developing, and designing the necessary qualitative and quantitative M&E tools related to the project in coordination with the program manager. “Registration, Exit interview, PDM”.
Collecting data from the team and ensuring to receive all data with sufficient quality to conduct data cleaning and analysis processes.

Developing weekly and monthly movement plan for the MEAL team by coordination with program team and focal point.
Monitoring registration and distribution process for various implemented activities and filling the relevant reporting template.
Conducting field interviews with beneficiaries "baseline, end line, need assessment, and PDM".
Ensuring high data quality collected from the field biased on validity, timeliness, reliability, and integrity of performance data.
Delivering required reports according to the plan and project deadline about the various ongoing MEAL activities.
Capacity building of the team and training them on MAEL tool.
Supervising the MEAL team and reviewing their incoming reports.
Activating the accountability procedures by connecting the local communities, beneficiaries, and stakeholder to accountability channels used by the org "help-desk, text messages, community meeting, and hotlines".
Communicating with the local councils and community leaders to ensure their understanding of M&E process and to implement the various MEAL activities.
Connecting MEAL team with the MEAL management and informing the management about the emergency events immediately.
On periodical basis, holding a meeting with the team and discuss the best practices related to accountability.
Supporting the team in capturing and documenting examples of the best practices, success factors, challenges, and errors in the various phases of project implementation.
Following up with the program teams to ensure their implementation for recommendations and the best practices through review meetings.

Work and support the central MEAL team and program teams for all monitoring, evaluation, learning, and accountability activities.
Conducting frequent monitoring field visits and spot-check using relevant report and tools for all ERD Program" Agriculture, CTP, CFW, microenterprise, and Livelihood" including 300 registration and distribution process.
Supporting MEAL unit with "PDM, HHV, FGD, and data collection".
100 spot-check visits for Health centers and Livelihood.
Ensuring that beneficiaries and community leader are fully informed of M&E process being implemented.
Guiding and connecting the local communities with accountability channels during more than 300 registration and distribution process.
Participating MEAL team in 10 debriefing sessions.
Reporting& interviewing: write and translate 275 reports.
Conduct 3000 interviews.
