As an enthusiastic, passionate, versatile and goal-focused individual I am looking to develop my career as a Senior HR Data Analyst. I have experience of undertaking analytical work, report writing and research projects with minimal supervision, whilst operating within appropriate guidelines. Over the last 2 years, I have gained experience of working on People data and have extensive experience in analysing key data trends to produce accurate reporting for senior management and annual company reporting. I have used various data tools to gather data from large complex databases and present in a user-friendly manner via excel, Power BI and PowerPoint. I enjoy number crunching and investigating data to find root cause and explain anomalies. I understand that a role in data, places great emphasis on accuracy, analytical techniques and problem solving which appeals to my skill set. Further to this, I wish to combine my knowledge of economics and a role which utilises business information to stress test for forecasting future health of the organisation. I understand the importance of following the FCA’s rules and codes of business in relation to risk and treating customers fairly (“TCF”) as well as data security and the GDPR rules. I have working knowledge of data security and data governance.
I have the ability to accurately prepare financial analytics to measure overall performance, whilst interpreting complex information and presenting it in a user-friendly manner proven through current and previous employment. I am an ambitious, strong team player who is willing to take leadership and work with own initiative as well as respond to instruction. I am able to effectively manage my own deadlines and delegate tasks to others, where necessary. I have led my current department to being more data orientated and introduced the use of PowerBI taking on complete responsibility for training others.
