Coordinate work effort in delivering the maintenance management system for the client.
Liaising regularly with the Project Manager on technical issues.
Identifying and organizing the required resources to execute the scope of work.
Monitor schedule and activities to achieve project success.
Notify Project manager regarding deficiencies that may impact progress of project deliverable and propose action plan.
Facilitate project progress meetings with clients.
Facilitate Technical engineer’s meeting to discuss on challenges faced during project executions, skill development, innovations and technical knowledge beneficial for project delivery with quality.
Implementing outcomes of studies such as Reliability centered maintenance (RCM), Instrument protective function (IPF), Risk based inspection (RBI) in maintenance management by consulting with Reliability engineer, Maintenance execution focal, Discipline engineers.
Apply Management of change (MOC) process to manage changes and deviations with Risk assessment and data management.
Evaluate Safety critical equipment along with assurance tasks, performance standards, procedures and controls.
Review Asset level strategies, existing maintenance plans and Asset register as part of PM optimization.

Database development for implementing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and continuous improvement in all necessary systems, processes and procedures relevant to the professional management of Maintenance and Integrity Strategy Projects. Developing Maintenance equipment list, Functional locations, Hierarchy structure(ISO14224), Master Tag register, Engineering Data Warehouse by analyzing and interpreting technical/process related information from P&ID, Single Line Diagram, General Arrangement Drawings, Layouts, C&A diagrams, Data sheets etc.
Co-ordinating with the Client like BP, PDO regarding project activities such as progress/issues faced by team, conducting workshops on Spares.
Supervising MEL developing team and carryout QA/QC activities, prepare reports as per standards.
Establishing preventive maintenance program through developments of Maintenance plan, Strategies, Maintenance items, Task list, object list, routes, PMR mapping, scheduling, alignment of maintenance activities.
On-Site verification of assets at the plant using drawings for the accurate development up of CMMS, incorporating relevant changes found on site.
Assisting Condition Monitoring Engineer on the field.
Developing Master Data by extracting Equipment Driven and Functional driven technical attributes for oil and gas industry assets constituting of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecommunication.

Co-ordination with fabrication yard and other departments for timely erection of spools.
Verify invoices submitted by the subcontractor and make necessary actions.
Distributing drawings to the site collecting from client as scheduled.
Collecting Manpower list from different sites on daily basis and report to head office.
Validating reports by visiting the work site.
Monitoring progress by collecting reports of fit up, welding and erection from site and reporting to head office.
