<p>Work as a SR-HVAC Technician in erection of PACKAGE UNIT, VRF, AHU, CHILLER PIPE LINE, CASSETTE UNIT connection.<br>
Get approved HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing Shop Drawings, MEP-Coordination Drawings, Bill of Quantities, Technical Submittal.<br>
Arrange proper tools and equipment’s like Sheet Metal Cutter, Spanner, Sheet metal hammer, Screw driller, etc. for installation of duct to the work force and follow up the progress of the work.<br>
Coordinate with the manager regarding the progress of installation in site.<br>
Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting team for site clearance to start the HVAC activities.<br>
Arrange the sufficient manpower such as Supervisor, Foreman, Duct fitter, Pipe fitter and ensure that all of them attend safety orientation and having proper PPEs prior to the start of installation activities at site.<br>
Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of the work is in compliance with approved shop drawing and specification and get daily progress report from site supervisor or foreman and update to Project Manager.<br>
Preparing the relevant documents for conduct testing and inspection such as duct light testing for ducts and water balance test for chilled water piping’s and pressure test for copper pipes.<br>
Assist the Commissioning Team in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning stages of Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) on all HVAC equipment’s and pipes etc.<br>
Preparation of final Test Reports, as built drawings, Operation & Maintenance manual and handing over documents of the project to client.<br>
Report the current status of the project to the Project Manager and Client in daily or weekly basis.<br>
Report the availability of the materials in site and if required materials to be listed and inform to Project Manager to arrange the materials for continues work.<br>
Regular follow up of Contractor Supervisor, Foreman, Duct fitter, Pipe fitter for the quality and continues of the work.<br>
Coordinate with MEP Team for site clearance for activities.<br>
Reporting about the status of the materials of receiving, unloading and shifting to the store.<br>
Report the labor availability to the project manager.<br>
Attend meeting with the client along with the project manager.<br>
Manage all the issues arising in the site from the supervisors, foreman and the labor.<br>
Final handling over of the completed work to the client with the required specifications.<br>

Perform daily and weekly properly inspections of generator, fire pump, kitchen gas tank and swimming pool.<br>
Monitor the electrical consumption, water consumption, and sewage removal.<br>
Find the way to reduce electrical & water consumption operating costs.<br>
Conducting regular inspection of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.</p>
