Working in one of the Big 4 audit firms is a huge opportunity for me and for the development of my career. I have used different softwares like Alteryx and Microsoft Excel in cleansing and validating the data provided by the client with different ERPs (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc) before loading it on different EY Analyzers
I am pleased to outline my experience and accomplishments related to utilizing Alteryx and Spotfire applications for audit purposes at EY:
• TR Analyzer –Created cleansed files by transforming and validating customer receivable and master data using Alteryx. The cleansed data that has been created are then processed in the Trade Receivable Analyzer which are being used by the audit team in their audit.
• GL Analyzer – Created cleansed files by transforming and validating Journals and TB using Alteryx. The cleansed data that has been created are then processed in the General Ledger Analyzer which are being used by the audit team in their audit.
• Finance insight analyzer – Created cleansed files by transforming and validating Journals and TB using Alteryx. The cleansed data that has been created are then Processed in the Finance Insight Analyzer to generate actionable financial insights for audit purposes.
• Trade payable – Created cleansed files by transforming and validating Customer payable and Master data using Alteryx. The cleansed data that has been created are then processed in the Trade Payable Analyzer which are being used by the audit team in their audit.
