• Design, develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Monitor, clean and validates the data.
• Conduct KPIs annual evaluation and renewal process.
• Leading and participating in improvement projects.

Conduct risk assessment sessions with concerned departments.<br>
Participate in risk management plan.<br>

<p>Build with company’s departments’ policy and procedures framework with all needed SOPs and guidelines to standardize work.<br>
Collaborate with the functional leaders of all departments to define potential opportunities for improvement.<br>
Analyze and interpret KPIs company-wide for decision making.<br>
Perform improvement projects.</p>
<p>Work under supervision of a senior quality consultants to implement quality management systems especially ISO 9001:2015 in different sectors.<br>
Participate in quality improvement projects.<br>
Perform gap analysis process.<br>
Document quality management systems.<br>
Perform project follow up and coordination.<br>
Conduct internal audit theory and practical programs.<br>
Perform risk analysis and management.<br>
Implement Kaizen projects.</p>
<p>Work with Medical and Administration staff to translate medical reports.<br>
Perform medical records data aggregation and analysis supporting the quality management program.<br>
Write formal letters.<br>
Participate in training program planning and preparation.<br>
Participate in quality improvement activities.<br>
Involved in implementation of Joints Commission International Accreditation program (JCI).</p>
