Job Description

• Providing instruction and guidance to help students explore and understand important concepts in science, including problem-solving and how to gather evidence to support ideas or decisions.
• Creating lesson plans and presenting science demonstrations.
• Sourcing the learning resources needed for lessons.
• Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.
• Grading assignments and quizzes in a timely manner.
• Invigilating quizzes and final examinations.
• Documenting and reporting on students' feedback.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science education, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a science Teacher.
• Flexibility and availability of teaching different curriculums (national, international or IG).
• Flexibility and high adaptation skills to work successfully in an online environment.
• Organization and communication skills.
• A minimum of 6 months teaching experience in schools.
• Required grades from kg1 to sec.1.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for interaction with students and parents.
• Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
