Job Description

Job Role:

• Prepare documents needed by the mother company to receive payment
• Prepare missing retail data reports on a weekly basis.
• Prepare warranty claim status report on a weekly basis
• Review warranty claim payment and make sure it is paid correctly.
• Review warranty claim status and make sure it is accepted and ready for payment.
• Review warranty repair orders for policy and procedure requirements.
• Review warranty-supported documents and make sure that they are attached with the job order.
• Understand and verify the functional requirements of the warranty.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum Experience:

• 0-2 years experience.
