Technical Lead NET

As an Technical Lead you will be responsible for handling certain projects and work directly with our US stakeholder.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical Solution (70%)

• Be an integral part of the application development team with special emphasis on implementing the business logic and data access layer of application code (TSQL C# VB and ASP.NET etc.)
• Perform a technical analysis of requirements technical solutions and technical outputs of your team.
• Design technology architecture and execute solutions and be a major contributor to the companys overall architectural direction.
• Identify the technical risk and planning mitigation actions with regard to the risk impact and other priorities.
• Provide the technological knowhow that is needed to deliver the product.
• Research and PoC for new technologies or solving new problem statements.
• Review all design system software architect and propose solution to improve.

• Project execution (20%)

• Document technical designs processes and create requirement analysis documents.
• In charge of the implementation of new technologies and providing recommendations and inform stakeholders about potential threats.
• Review code standardization code and business requirements for developer team.
• Responsible for all technical items of the project
• Coordinate with Stakeholders Vendor and QA Team to make sure the project executing smoothly.
• Lead team to work with Vendor (UK)

• Leadership (10%)

• Lead and motivate the development team supervise and evaluate team members.
• Be in charge of employee performance reviews and the companys Objectives.
• Coach and mentor middle/senior developers.

2. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Having 8 years of experience depending on how fast you are learning and developing technical capability.
• Experience of 3 years in Architecture of Design and or Technical Lead role.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages and platforms with .NET/ .NET Core as the primary platform.
• Good experience in RESTful APIs Security Authentication design and implementation
• Experience starting new development streams including team building shaping delivery standards including testing strategy and quality control.
• Strong experience architecting developing and deploying modern architectural patterns/techniques (Microservices DDD TDD ...)
• Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods.
• Willing to code learn new technology and product mindset.
• Good experience on engineering practices (CI/CD and Software Testing)
• Good experience on working at least one cloud platform (AWS or Azure).
• Good problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication in English is required.

Big Plus: AWS Certification.
