Hello from Drinx Market! We are a liquor store in Capitol Heights and currently we are looking for Team Leader. If you haveprevious Inventory Management and/or Warehouse Management and/or Retail Management experience, join our team!
Personality:
We are looking for a motivated, responsible, determined, organized, result-oriented leader capable of guiding, maintaining, coaching, and motivating the whole team. It s important that you have a responsible approach to work and can provide a respectful attitude to your co-workers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and coach the team
- Provideprompt, friendly customer service
- Supervise cashiers including assigning work, training, and reviewing quality of work.
- Authorize returns, exchanges, and voids
- Train new cashiers
- Monitore sales volume and set cashiers weekly schedules to meet business needs
- Review schedule daily to ensure it is followed
- Provide reports of the work performed
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Experienced in Inventory Management, and/or Warehouse Management and/or Retail Management at least 2 years
- Strong leadership and communicative skills
- Strong problem-solving, management, and organization skills
- Ability to fact-check the information
- Ability to maintain a friendly work environment
- Must be 21 or older
Schedule: 4 working days in a week Friday-Monday (morning and evening shift), Tue-Wed-Thu are days OFF
