Hourly Rate: 15.00
Lead shifts and role model best practice in a small experienced team
Ensure safeguarding and welfare of children at all times
Oversee care planning key working and behaviour support
Coordinate routines activities and outings that build confidence and independence
Keep high-quality records aligned with legislation and Ofsted standards
Mentor colleagues and support inductions/training
Liaise with families social workers and multi-agency partners
Essential:
Strong safeguarding awareness resilience and a calm child-focused approach
Note: Level 3 Health & Social Care is not an accepted equivalent for this role.
