Job Description
Job Title: Team Leader - Childrens Home
Location: Winsford Cheshire
Hourly Rate:15 per hour
Base Salary: 29259
Sleeps Per Year:7200
Attendance Bonus Per Year: 1200
Working Hours:2 on 4 off shift pattern
Number of Sleeps Required:Approx. 10 per month
Pay Per Sleep:60 per sleep
Service:Childrens Home
Service Users:YPs aged 7 to 17 with EBD
Qualifications Required:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Experience in Years Required:Experience as a Residential Support Worker or Senior RSW
Employment Type:Permanent

- Number of Beds:3-bed childrens home
- Location: Winsford
- Type of YPs:Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Who we are looking for
- A Senior Residential Support Worker looking for a new challenge with a company they can progress with
- An experienced Residential Support Worker ready to take the next step in their career
- Someone who has completed or is enrolled on the Level 4 Children Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare (please note that a Level 3 in Health and Social Care is not deemed equivalent)
