Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve product manager satisfaction
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed

Job Requirements

Education:

• Computer Science/Engineering Degree
  

Experience:

• 5-8 Years practicing Agile Scrum
  

Requirements

• Expert on Agile Delivery Methodologies - Scrum, Kanban and SAFe/LeSS
• Expert on people management and stake holder management
• Quickly ramp up on new delivery methodologies and delivery processes
• Ensure process compliance across all stages of Solution Delivery
• Coordinate across multiple stake holders both technical and business

Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master – Must
• SAFe or LeSS certification– Nice to have

• Adapting to new challenges and initiatives
  

Others:

• Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia (short/long trips)
  

Language:

• Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English is a must
