Role and Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Axis Banks affluent team to drive sales and ensure timely delivery of highvalue services
- Collaborate with Axis Banks Relationship Managers and Customer Servicing team to achieve business targets
- Work closely with Branch Banking Team and Axis Affluent Head to drive life insurance business and oversee assigned Branch Affluent business
- Adhere to agreed TATs on first customer contact and followups and train the Affluent team on a wide range of life insurance products
- Enhance the banks customer awareness about life insurance solutions and achieve targeted penetration on crosssell within the branchs customer base
- Effectively drive reward and recognition programs launched for Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers
Candidate Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration from a premier business school or equivalent
36 years of experience in Distribution HNI and Affluent Channel Management
Prior experience in insurance is essential
