- Collaborate with stakeholders across the marketing unit to understand business challenges, goals and data landscape
- Identify opportunities and implementing data solutions to drive the analytical capabilities of the Customer Base Management unit
- Collect, import and clean data from various sources
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data and help with the maintenance and improvement of data quality
- Identify, address and resolve data quality issues with the necessary stakeholders
- Use data to solve complex business problems and provide strategic insights to drive decision-making
- Leverage complex data sets to conduct behavioral, demographic, geographic and psychographic analyses to identify trends and patterns for the enhancement of the performance of the Customer Base Management unit
- Develop detailed automated dashboards and reports to regularly monitor key metrics
- Create and present detailed reports and visualizations to facilitate complex data usability and understanding
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools and technologies to improve data capabilities.
