Job Description for Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager:
PlugXR is hiring for our sales team! Join the quickest growing Augmented
Reality/Virtual Reality platform in the world that is democratizing the Mixed Reality
segment.
The Assistant Manager Technical Sales will play a fundamental role in achieving our
ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives managing the sales
internship team along with ensuring our sales leadership is empowered for big picture
growth.
Candidates must be comfortable making outbound calls dailyqualifying prospects
sending wellarticulated emails generating interest maintaining and nurturing a healthy
sales pipeline and closing sales in accordance to our Q/Q targets.
Skill Set (What we expect you to bring to the table)
Selfmotivated
Fluent in English; fluency in other languages is a plus but not required
Strong phone presence and persuasive personality
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations with proven
learning curve and leadership skills
Working knowledge of Sales Lifecycles including but not limited to sales funnels
lead conversion lead research and nurturing etc.
Assertive personality persistent and a great listener
Desire to pursue a career in SaaS sales
Prior technical sales experience is a must with experience in SaaS sales being a
bonus
Responsibilities
Generate leads referrals and sales opportunities by researching and identifying
potential accounts soliciting new accounts building rapport providing technical
information and explanations and preparing quotations.
Sales pipeline management for the entire team ensuring smooth demo
experience follow ups and clean CRM management.
Research accounts identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and
trends and identifying sales opportunities.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound
cold calls and emails and linkedin reachouts
Assistance to the marketing team through offline marketing practices( events
webinars speaking opportunities etc.)
Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders understanding and
interpreting technical requirements providing technical information and
developing accounts.
Understand customer needs and requirements
Managing a team of sales interns
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when
interacting with customers
