- Responsible for selling a variety of Industrial chemicals to different industries such as Paint Manufacturing, Printing and Packaging & Cosmetics
- Reporting to Management and submit activity/result reports such as daily call reports, weekly task reports, monthly territory analysis and customer wise sales report
- Monitor competition in the market by gathering crucial information on competitor pricing, substitute alternatives available, delivery schedules and payment alternatives
- Provide services to current customers, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organize daily work schedule to call
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; develop solutions; prepare reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration
- Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success
