Your Role

The Life Sciences Communications & Sales Associate will assist in day-to-day activities related to business development. This includes: Outbound cold calls, Warm leads, Marketing calls, LinkedIn emails, presentations, sales, and PSC Biotech client support in the United States and internationally. This is a learning role, as you succeed you grow, expand, and we promote from within. The incumbent is also responsible and accountable for the execution of the PSC mission, to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our products and services while enabling steady growth and development .

  • Make outbound sales calls where you will engage with new prospects (from a list provided to you) to present PSC Biotech consulting services.
  • Travel required for business events, trade shows, etc.
  • Contribute to the growth of PSC by providing strong, compelling, and persuasive communication efforts as well as selling, prospecting, and contributing to the overall strategy of the company.
  • Engage with potential new and existing clients to present PSC products and solutions.
  • Develop creative email campaigns in your assigned region to supplement outbound calls to new prospects.
  • Assist in the development and execution of other unique outreach campaigns.
  • Manage your prospects as you cultivate relationships to generate leads for PSC sales team.
  • Work with Business Development Managers to contact prospects before and after events like trade shows and conferences.
  • Work with marketing and business development to build creative and informative materials to send to prospects and clients.
  • Work with Business Development Managers to incorporate target companies into your outreach cadence.
  • Generate sales reports when necessary.
  • Document sales activities in CRM.
  • Assists in formal sales presentations with assigned Business Development Managers and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts.
  • Assists in proposals account for items commonly overlooked, such as travel time, project management, off-site and pre-site visit hours, and equipment rental, as applicable.
  • Lead in the documentation of sales activities to facilitate the appropriate reporting of client contacts, notes, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
  • Provide assistance in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams for field as well as current pipeline for Inside sales
  • Represent Professional Services and PSC Biotech at business development activities worldwide, when applicable.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.




Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree

  • Travel is required.
