Reporting Manager

Reporting to the Chief of Party (COP), the reporting manager shares information internally and externally, as appropriate, on monitoring, evaluation, learning (MEL) and best practices from the project’s support to local administration in Jordan, including:

• Manage performance indicators’ data collection, databasing, analysis and reporting.
• Track progress towards project results and goals.
• Lead lessons learned activities for specific technical interventions and the whole project.
• Monitor the progress of work plan implementation against agreed tasks and defined targets.
• Enter performance data into the USAID/Jordan DevResults system regularly.
• Generate and prepare periodic and ad-hoc performance reports to inform the COP and technical teams’ decision-making.
• Support internal and external evaluations and assessments as needed.
• Perform other tasks, as assigned, in support of the project’s MEL and communications activities.
