Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist with 12 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various remote sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates including online job boards social media platforms and professional networks.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate assessments through virtual resume reviews phone screenings and video interviews to evaluate qualifications skills and fit for client roles.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the endtoend remote recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates clients and internal stakeholders via email phone and video conferencing to provide updates gather feedback and facilitate the recruitment process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends market conditions and competitor activities through online resources and remote networking to provide insights and recommendations to internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
• 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably within a remote or virtual environment.
• Fluency in English is a must with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of remote recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote virtual environment managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in remote recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
• Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality remote recruitment solutions and exceeding client expectations.
