As a Records Clerk at Whitwerx LLC you will be responsible for assisting in the organization maintenance and management of physical and electronic records. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy integrity and accessibility of company records to support operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain physical and electronic records in accordance with established procedures.
2. Assist in creating new records and filing documents accurately.
3. Retrieve and deliver records as requested by staff members.
4. Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
5. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement recordkeeping policies and procedures.
6. Provide support in scanning digitizing and indexing records for electronic storage.
7. Assist in records retention and disposal activities in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
8. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information contained in records.
9. Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal stakeholders regarding record management.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Prior experience in records management or data entry is a plus but not required.
