- Maintain computerized and manual personnel records in line with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality requirements
- Carry out all HR functions such as filing of personnel files, contracts preparation, assists in preparation of staff payroll, timely review of attendance sheets and timesheets, process staff leave requests, keeps leave records updated on monthly basis and communicates to the main office on request.
- Responsible for the tracking and following on daily worker's records and provide periodic reports to Line Manager. Support in the preparation of daily workers' payments and verify relevant documents. Assist in HRMS assignment implementation, recruitment, and training of NRC staff and partner staff when needed. Ensure proper follow up on maintaining updated Performance Management records for staff, and update relevant trackers
- Follow up and keep the HR database and all trackers updated. (Timesheets tracker, leaves tracker, and all additional employees personnel trackers).
- Reporting on potential conflicts of interest, fraud, protection concerns, and any other effects related to NRC assistance;
