RD Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Packaging Idea generation / information search for new concepts / products as per AOP / PSP requirements,
• promotional activities and revenue management initiatives
• Packaging concept closure in collaboration with Category teams as per aligned brief
• New machinery identification / development in collaboration with the Operations team
• Conduct Packaging Benchmarking and work closely with suppliers to identify new opportunities and alternatives.
• Conducting trials, validation to prove concept and scalability
• Consolidate data for various developmental trials such as Shelf life studies, Machinability trials and Transit trials
• and keep records.
• Interact with Marketing, factory, third party manufacturers, Product development teams for Artwork
• development, prototype making, planning trials and BOM creation for the smooth commercial launch
• Packaging SQA support - supplier approval and material qualification
• Packaging Regulatory Affairs and PPGA support (input into draft regulations, lobbying support, compliance,
• implementation of new regulations)
