Responsibilities:
- Packaging Idea generation / information search for new concepts / products as per AOP / PSP requirements,
- promotional activities and revenue management initiatives
- Packaging concept closure in collaboration with Category teams as per aligned brief
- New machinery identification / development in collaboration with the Operations team
- Conduct Packaging Benchmarking and work closely with suppliers to identify new opportunities and alternatives.
- Conducting trials, validation to prove concept and scalability
- Consolidate data for various developmental trials such as Shelf life studies, Machinability trials and Transit trials
- and keep records.
- Interact with Marketing, factory, third party manufacturers, Product development teams for Artwork
- development, prototype making, planning trials and BOM creation for the smooth commercial launch
- Packaging SQA support - supplier approval and material qualification
- Packaging Regulatory Affairs and PPGA support (input into draft regulations, lobbying support, compliance,
- implementation of new regulations)
