Radio Optimization Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Radio Planning and Optimization Team leader
• Setting, planning and execution for the Network strategy in terms of coverage, mobility and User perspective
• Leading NPO team on a day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Monitoring and analyzing 3G/LTE/5G radio Network statistics on daily basis
• Maintain / improve all Radio performance KPIs
• Revising Radio KPIs formulas and defining new ones when needed
• 3G/LTE/5G Radio parameters Setting and tuning
• Provision and implementation for new features
• Handling both ways RAN Swap activities
• Network expansion and capacity studies
• Deep investigations and troubleshooting experience using various tools and techniques
• M.V. knowledge is an added value
• Preparation and execution for high level management presentations including managerial and technical details
