A Yatala based ducted air conditioning business that has a passion for keeping people comfortable. They specialise in domestic & light commercial ducted air conditioning installation & service to their clients across Brisbane, Gold Coast & Ipswich. They work with only quality brands such as Panasonic, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries & Advantage Air (MyAir).
They are looking for a motivated refrigeration tradesperson who has at least two years of experience as a tradesperson to join their team to help build out and grow an awesome electrical division!
They are a growing team experiencing an exciting phase of growth in the business. They work for some of Brisbanes leading builders yet also carry out installations in existing homes (which is their core business).
The ideal candidate would enjoy working in a team environment but should also be able to work autonomously when required. They are looking for someone who takes great pride in their work, is highly organised, able to problem-solve independently and eventually move into a leadership role on the installations side of the business.
They are offering the right candidate a full-time position with above award salary & great work environment that values work/life balance!
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to build customer relationships
- Proven ability to effectively resolve customer issues
- Great leadership skills
- Team player Hard-working & Reliable Customer Service Focused
- Ability to work to a high standard with great attention to detail
- Confident & well presented
- Cert II air conditioning license & solar ticket would be a bonus but not required
Tasks & responsibilities
- Installation
- Site Inspections or Quotes
- Updating job notes, checklists, compliance forms using our market leading job management system Aroflo
- Follow all OH&S procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- White Card
- Current Manual Drivers Licence
