Property Consultant -Sales Real Estate

Job Description

• Make Daily Phone Calls with clients to promote different company's Product
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers using different sources
• Maintain records of all sales leads and / or customer accounts .
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support , information , and guidance ; researching and recommending new opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company .
• Establish , develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns .
• Analyze marketing trends for properties and prices .
• Cooperate with sales team to share experience and maintain continuous development

Job Requirements

• Males Only
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position Bachelor's degree
• Experience in Commercial or Medical Buildings
• Very Good knowledge of the real estate market and units classifications
• Good knowledge of the sales process and installments
• Very good communication skills
