Projects Financial Manager

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for all projects ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  
• Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and areas for improvement providing insightful recommendations to senior management.
  

• Monitor the financial performance of projects against budgets and forecasts identifying risks and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track project performance metrics facilitating datadriven decisionmaking.
  

• Develop comprehensive financial projections for upcoming projects considering factors such as revenue potential expenses and market trends.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather relevant data and assumptions for accurate forecasting.
  

• Liaise with internal teams including project management operations and sales to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies.
  
• Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and adherence to internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  
• Proven experience (8 years) in financial management preferably within the internetbased industry or technology sector.
  
• Strong understanding of financial principles practices and regulations.
  
• Proficiency in financial modeling analysis and forecasting.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  
• Detailoriented mindset with strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities.
