About the Role:
As a Projects Financial Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and success of our projects. You will be responsible for financial reporting performance monitoring and projections while also coordinating with various teams to streamline accounting and finance operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for all projects ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and areas for improvement providing insightful recommendations to senior management.
2. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the financial performance of projects against budgets and forecasts identifying risks and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track project performance metrics facilitating datadriven decisionmaking.
3. Projections:
- Develop comprehensive financial projections for upcoming projects considering factors such as revenue potential expenses and market trends.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather relevant data and assumptions for accurate forecasting.
4. Coordination and Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal teams including project management operations and sales to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and adherence to internal controls.
5. Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve financial reporting processes and systems to enhance efficiency accuracy and transparency.
- Implement best practices in project financial management to drive organizational growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience (8 years) in financial management preferably within the internetbased industry or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of financial principles practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling analysis and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detailoriented mindset with strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
