- Work on the design and the development of the program annual and quarterly work plan for activity implementation
- Track the work plan and compare it with the goals achieved and those to be achieved and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with human resources, finance, logistics, and security department to ensure the high quality and timeliness of program’s deliverables.
- Coordinate and organize all related activities, such as donors’ and partners’ visits, calls, and workshops especially those had regularly with teachers and relevant stakeholders. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed, and all logistics are organized according to proper program expenditures.
