They are renowned for their Paclan brand and private label products across Europe with a commitment to sustainable practices throughout their supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide your team setting objectives and ensuring successful goal achievement.
• Monitor supplier performance including pricing delivery and quality.
• Manage supplier data ensuring accurate information and strong relationships.
• Implement strategies to optimize the supply base and identify new competitive sources.
• Analyze market data to identify costsaving opportunities.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with budget holders to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Participate in supplier evaluations and share feedback.
• Prepare monthly reports to the Head of Procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent time management and independent work style.
• Analytical thinking with a problemsolving approach.
• Creativity and initiative in driving new ideas.
• Ability to adapt and travel as needed.
