Privacy Analyst

• Stay abreast of privacy laws and regulations at local national and international levels.
  
• Ensure that the organizations policies and practices align with applicable privacy requirements such as GDPR NDPR HIPAA etc.
  
• Conduct privacy impact assessments to identify and mitigate privacy risks associated with new projects or changes to existing processes.
  
• Develop and maintain privacy policies procedures and guidelines that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  
• Communicate privacy policies to employees and provide training on privacy awareness.
  
• Develop and maintain data inventories to support compliance efforts.
  
• Conduct regular privacy audits to assess the organizations compliance with privacy policies and applicable regulations.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remediate any identified privacy gaps.
  

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in a relevant field. Common majors include Information Technology Computer Science Information Security Cybersecurity Law Business Administration or a related discipline.
  
• One of the following; CIPP CISM.
  
• Proactive approach to staying informed about emerging privacy trends technologies and changes in regulatory landscapes.
  
• Ability to develop and deliver effective privacy training programs to employees at all levels.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving privacy regulations and organizational changes.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal IT compliance and other teams to integrate privacy considerations into various aspects of the organization
  
• Strong problemsolving skills to address privacyrelated challenges and find solutions that balance compliance and business needs.
