Phase Leader for Early Years

ICS is looking to appoint an outstanding and aspirational Phase Leader for Early Years (including creche) to join our talented, energetic, cohesive and friendly Primary Team from August 2022. You are an outstanding practitioner who builds strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues and is committed to ensuring high standards for student learning.
You are committed to leading a team that embraces the best of practices from around the world, particularly drawing on the principles of Reggio-Emilia while ensuring our students are ready to transition to the next stage of their learning journey. You will be confident in leading an Early Years environment that is dynamic and liberal while using cohesive evidence collection and a combination of intentional and responsive planning to ensure that our youngest learners have the very best start to school.
