MEP Procurement Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for aMEP Procurement Engineerwith a solid analytical skills.

Ultimately, you’ll create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers/subcontractors to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Studying projects’ tender drawings, Specifications and related documents.
• Reviewing tender technical and financial proposal documents.
• Prepare the RFQ that includes the description of the equipment and materials with required technical specifications and quantities.
• Reviewing the projects’ technical and commercial documents.
• Reviewing and evaluating the technical and financial comparisons.
• Controlling budgets and ensuring that maximum savings are achieved.
• Carrying out the final commercial negotiations with the suppliers/subcontractors.
• Assigning the suppliers/subcontractors to the works after senior management review.
• Leading the technical negotiations with the consultants.
• Managing the purchase orders and subcontract agreements issuance.
• Ensuring on time delivery in accordance to the projects’ master program.
• Promoting positive and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
