This is a remote position.
In this role, you will interface with clients to identify the Zoho challenges they are facing. Then, you will create an action plan and implement the solutions you proposed. You will be working independently, but supported by the rest of the team when needed.
Primary Duties
- CRM implementations and improvements
- Client demo and training
- Meeting scheduling with clients
Requirements
- Experience implementing/administrating customized Zoho CRM
- Zoho Deluge
- Experience with other apps like Zapier, Make, Zoho Flow, Airtable, Smartsheet, monday
- Self-starter with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English language
- You have to be located in the US
Benefits
Fully remote work
40 hours/week: $25-$30/hour
10 days of paid vacation
