Marketing Specialist

Job Description

• Execute ATL/BTL/TTL activities
• Scan the market for production suppliers
• Experience in searching -finding – Coordinating with best 3D max agencies
• Plan and coordinate various events and exhibitions
• Responsible for company’s permanent outdoor locations. Choosing and supervision of the outdoor plan implementation.
• Manage trade fairs, events and sponsorships and partnership
• Forms the link between the company and various production & BTL agencies
• Develop marketing vendors’ list and form a link between the company and the marketing suppliers and partners.
• Stand on new marketing techniques and innovations
• Supervise the company’s presence in different marketing channels/ platforms
• Perfect reporting skills (Daily/weekly/monthly)
• Communicate marketing material to sales team and broker.
• Overlook Brokers marketing campaigns and spending.
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of the marketing material in the projects’ sites

Job Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in marketing field.
• Real Estate experience is a must at least for 2 years.
• To have excellent communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of both digital and offline marketing.
• Real Estate/Agency Experience is an advantage
