Responsibilities:

• Regularly review the planned assignment on the basis of the local market needs and of the stock situation,
• Managing and reporting the problems and the exceptions (import/export flows)
• Assure at local level the right delivery and shipping process, interacting with the 3PL and the haulers/transporters when necessary in order to join the expected service level (export/domestic flows)
• Management of the product return
• Keep under track the product availability and the quality of the stock in the warehouses
• Cooperate with the local contact center for the issues related to the final customers' and order management
• Support the Manager in every activity related to the logistic projects assigned
• Monitor the level of the 3PL and service providers' performances in order to assure the respect of the defined KPI's and of the agreement/contract conditions
• Issue the periodical logistics reports and carry out analysis about the KPI's trends
